till I can receive my order?
Most orders can be ready to ship within 2 business days (M-F). Make sure
you take into effect the time for shipping
How long does shipping take?
We use FedEx for most of our shipping. Ground shipping takes up to 5
business. We are in Utah, so most packages going to the West Coast are
going to take 2-3 days ground, Midwest 3-4 days, and back East 4-5 days. Fedex delivers Monday thru Friday.
What if I need my cookies quicker?
We can expedite your cookies to you. Don't try to make it a habit but in
some cases we can have cookies ready to ship the same day. Overnight,
2nd Day Air, or 3 Day shipping are all available. Saturday delivery is
an option with all expedited services.
How far in advance do I need to order?
This is really up to you. We suggest having your cookies arrive as close
to your event as possible, giving 2-3 days lead way in case of delays. If you
need to package the cookies or prepare them make sure you give yourself
enough time.Can I order now and have
my cookies shipped later?
Yes. This is a great idea. On the order form you can indicate when you
would like your cookies to arrive. We adjust the production of
your cookies to this day. They are often time made the same day
they ship.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
We don't use much preservatives in our cookies, they are pretty close to
"all natural". If kept in a cool area the cookies will stay fresh for up
to 2 weeks. A few days if not kept cool, and up a 2 months in the
fridge.
Are my cookies going to come broken?
All your cookies are individually wrapped in a clear cellophane, this
cushions them during shipping. To also help we pack the cookies in
bubblewrap. There is going to be some breakage but we always
include plenty of extra cookies. Breakage shouldn't be an issue.
Can I separate out my messages so I know
which cookies contain which message?
Yes. On the order form you can indicate if you would like your messages
separated out. By choosing this option each cookie is first
individually wrapped and then bagged per fortune in a poly bag.
Each bag will be clearly labeled with the messages those cookie contain.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Canada often and have shipped the cookies all over the
world. When shipping internationally we typically use the USPS.
Their International Express shipping usually takes 3-5 business days.
You will need to call us in advance for placing an order that is going
to be shipped internationally.
What are the ingredients in your cookies?
We use a very simple recipe of: water, flour, sugar, vanilla, orange
flavor, with a touch of soybean oil.
Are your fortune cookies dairy free?
Yes. We don't use any eggs or dairy in our fortune cookies.
These cookies are for a school and we have
kids that are allergic to peanuts are your cookies safe?
Yes. Because we make our own cookies we control 100% what is put in them
and manufactured in our facility. We don't manufacture anything that
contains nuts.
Do you work with Purchase Orders?
Yes. Contact us directly and we can get the proper forms to get
setup in your system. We can also walk you through the ordering process.
Do you send samples?
Here is the deal with samples. For years we have provided
free samples, the problem is the amount of time it takes to prepare the
samples, get them packaged, and shipped it quite an ordeal for just a
few cookies. Another problem is that when shipping just a handful of
cookies the box they go in is quite small, therefore they get all
crushed to heck, and when they arrive at your door all hammered you will
most likely not want to order them from us in fear that your cookies
will also be crumbs by the time they arrive. When we ship the actual
cookies that you order they are packaged in a much bigger box and packed
much tighter because we are dealing with more than a few cookies.
Our cookies are hands down the best on this planet, take the normal
cookie you get in a restaurant and multipy its taste by 5,000% and that
is how our cookies taste. They are crispier, crunchier, and don't
taste like your car bumper, they are really that good. We have never had
anyone complain about how the cookies taste. So order with
confidence. If you must have a sample just order the 50 package
